Meesh "Load Talk" is an underrated banger.

Back from Vegas Meesh drops something hot just in time for the Detroit summer, “Load Talk” is a fresh take on street music it’s overly braggy with lines like “Ima Wait till winter time and ima grab the vet (corvette)” continuing to say he knows that sounds dumb but he can just ship it to Nevada since he has a crib in Vegas, this project is full of flashy lyrics like that the kind that describes how luxurious his life is while at the same time acknowledging his street roots. Now with the shorter attention spans of some of today’s youth, I’m not sure if it was intentional to keep each record just under 2 minutes with the shortest song being “Stay With Me” coming in at just 52 seconds, but this might be good as each record maintains the momentum from start to finish without feeling like it was dragged on just to increase runtime.

This project defiantly sounds like it could be the soundtrack to a movie like Paid In Full or even a show like Snow Fall if either of those took place in the present-day though the cover art for “Load Talk” does draw inspiration from the show as it sees Meesh having dinner with Avi Drexler one of Franklin’s first Plugs, at the end of the day “Load Talk” is an underrated banger and it falls in line with his motto “It Ain’t Just Rap”, picking a favorite song wasn’t too hard but “Fist Question” stood out the most just the beat alone got me to say the least, what are your thoughts? check out the project below.
