With OUTSIIDER’s 2022 debut album “Take A Walk Through My Burden,” I had the impression that I was witnessing him from a distance. Despite having a strong emotional component throughout the majority of the album. The song, “Red October,” transports you to Chicago’s sunny side, where OUTSIIDER is from. Another song from OUTSIIDER, “Dennis Rodman,” has a more unpredictable tone to it. These two songs made this album feel more refreshing than others I’d heard in the past. Most of his music has that distinct melodic tone to them throughout the remainder of the tracks, OUTSIDER’s style and sound will definitely carry him to where he wants to go if he continues in this direction with this music.
